itu sejarah lalu buat diriku.

leh kata every week n tiap2 kali cuti.
yerla ader lake garden kat taiping tuh.

since da start masuk U tros xamalkan.
bdn pon xfit.

berat makin naek kot.

sempat gak wat sit up.
ckop la stakat 2 round sbg permulaankan.
esok2 if rajen jog lagi.
